The trades were all quality. They considered other trades to follow, were tidy, and communicated with us when required. Most had been with Highbury for a number of years and also spoke highly of the company.

 Josh and his colleagues set out to prove that resource efficient homes could be built at a comparable cost and timeframe to regular houses.

The homes are thermally comfortable year round, without the need for air conditioning or additional heating. They generate more electricity than they use, and they harvest and recycle water. 

The builder was awesome to deal with right from the start through to the finish – always professional, friendly, helpful, patient and quick to respond. The build was very well managed and decent tradesmen were used for all the jobs. Thank you so much to all the lovely staff for building our dream home and looking after us so well at every stage. Our criteria right from the start was – value for money, a seamless process and a quality home. During the design and pre-start, we felt that variations were always well priced, value and any credits were fair.

Right from the start, the Designer came up with designs that we felt were far superior to that of our previous builder. Nothing was too much trouble and he came up with great ideas. What we really liked was him challenging us (in a constructive way) when he thought our design changes would not complement the over all design. The end product was a great design.
