He went out of his way to make changes to suit the orientation of our block, to maximise our views, and to accommodate neighbours concerns. He visited the block several times to ensure the design would be perfect. We made several design changes over a six month period and never felt awkward about asking for changes, even when it meant delays to building approvals.
